Una Una began its journey in Bugis, Singapore in 2021 as a specialty restaurant dedicated to charcoal-grilled unagi.
Our signature dish is Unagi Hitsumabushi, made with carefully selected eel, slowly grilled over charcoal and served with freshly cooked rice.
Inspired by the Nagoya-style hitsumabushi, we work as a team every day to bring this beloved Japanese dish to diners in Singapore.
Today, our menu goes beyond unagi, featuring fresh sashimi as well as a variety of Japanese dishes made with beef, pork, and other quality ingredients.
